一、What death tastes like｜死亡是什么味道
医学里，濒死体验（NDE）可能是：
- detachment from the body 离体
- tunnel and light 隧道与光
- life review 一生回放
- peace, or terror 极静，或极怖
民俗里，断气之后不是黑屏，而是账本打开：
- 你骂过的人，在暗处抬头
- 你欠的命，化成黑影
- 你逃过的债，变成声音
- 你装作忘记的，全记得
Chinese folk calls them 冤亲债主——
the owed, the wounded, the unborn, the betrayed.
他们不是鬼片里的怪物，
they are relationship that was never finished.
阴魂追债，追的往往不是钱。
是“你没看见我”。
The ghost says: You never looked back.
二、Before you begin｜入场前的安全圈
Sit. Spine long. Hands on thighs.
坐好。脊背直。掌心朝上或覆膝。
Say to yourself / 对自己说：
I am the witness, not only the wound.
我是观者，而不只是伤口。
Anything that appears may be memory, metaphor, or mirror.
出现的任何东西，都可能是记忆、隐喻、镜子。
I can pause. I can return. I am in charge.
我可以暂停。我可以回来。主控权在我。
Safety anchor / 安全锚：
- 右脚踩地：Here is the floor. 地在我脚下。
- 左手按胸：Here is the breath. 呼吸在我手里。
- 默念：If it gets too loud, I shrink it to a paper shadow. 太响，就把它缩成纸影。
三、Induction｜下沉引导词（中英叠用）
Close your eyes.
闭眼。
English:
Breathe in… 4… 5… 6…
Let the ceiling melt.
Let the room become mist.
You are not falling—you are settling, like ink into water.
中文:
吸气……把今天的所有“我必须”吐出去。
呼气……肩膀沉，下巴松，眼皮变成两片门帘。
你不是睡着了，
你是从时间里面退后一步。
Count with me / 跟我数：
10 — 身体的重量交给大地 / the body belongs to the earth
9 — 声音变远 / sounds recede
8 — 眉心发凉 / cool between the brows
7 — 你看见一条河 / a river begins
6 — 河上有雾 / mist on the river
5 — 雾里有门 / a door in the mist

四、The death moment｜死亡那一刻
You are now standing outside a house that looks like your life.
你站在一栋房子外面，它长得像你这一生。
Inside, someone is dying.
屋里有人正在死。
Look closer—
那张脸……是你的脸。
老一点，或者早一点，或者别的性别，别的世纪。
It doesn’t have to be literal. 不必当真史，当灵魂方言。
Guide / 引导：
Feel the last breath leave the body.
感觉最后一口气离开身体。
You are not the chest. You are the breath.
你不是胸口。你是那口气。
Float up. 飘起来。
The ceiling is kinder than the hospital light.
天花板比抢救灯温柔。
Now the life-review begins.
现在，一生回放开始。
Not as a movie—
as a ledger.
不是电影，是一本账。
- 有一次你笑，有人因你活下来 → 入账：光
- 有一次你沉默，对方猜了一辈子“他是不是不在乎我” → 入账：绳
- 有一次你赚了钱，另一个人赔了命 → 入账：黑羽
- 有一次你流产/放弃/逃离 → 入账：没出生的眼睛
阴魂来了。
The shadows arrive.
They do not rush.
它们不扑。
They stand in a circle and wait.
它们站成一圈，只是等。
One says: “你当年叫我贱人。”
One says: “你父亲打我，你没拦。”
One says: “我为你流掉的孩子，你转头结婚了。”
One says: You promised. Then forgot. That forgetting was the wound.
五、The debt dialogue｜还债对话（核心催眠片段）
Do NOT fight them.
别打。打，是又造一层业。
Say inside / 在心里说：
I see you.
我看见你了。
I am not the excuse. I am not the savior.
我不是借口，也不是救世主。
But I am willing to witness what I avoided.
但我愿意，看见我躲开的东西。
Then ask / 然后问：
What do you actually want—revenge, or to be believed?
你到底要什么：报复，还是“被相信”？
Often the ghost answers:
I don’t want your blood. I want you to stop calling me nothing.
于是你做三件事：
- Name it / 点名
“这是王阿婆的屈，这是我妈的泪，这是我前世那匹马的血，这是我没养大的孩子。” - Own it / 认
“我那时选了自保。我那时贪。我那时怕。
Not all of it was mine—but the part that was mine, I touch.” - Release / 放
“你还你的痛，我还我的盲。
从此不妆成圣人，也不跪成罪人。
We untie the rope and lay it on the river.”
六、The light test｜光与暗的辨别
中阴教法说：
柔到像故乡的光，有时是轮回的诱饵；
恐怖的本尊、雷声、黑焰，有时是自心投影。
Hypnotic cue / 催眠词：
If the light says “worship me or die”—
若那光说“不拜就死”——
it is fear wearing a halo.
那是恐惧戴了光环。
If the dark says “you are already nothing, so relax”—
若那黑说“你本就空，所以放下”——
that is closer to home.
那反倒像回家。
You are not here to be saved by a god.
你不是来被神救的。
You are here to stop outsourcing your conscience to ghosts.
你是来停止把良心外包给鬼。
七、Integration｜回魂整合
Now imagine a garden between lives.
想象“两世之间”有座园子。
Put the shadows on chairs.
把黑影请上椅子。
Serve them tea.
上茶。
Not because they earned it—
because resentment is expensive, and you’re tired of paying interest.
Affirmation / 安魂句：
我偿我能偿的，
我恕我能恕的，
我留着我该留的伤，好让我下次手软一点。
I return to the body lighter, not holier.
Count up / 回数：
1 — 脚回来了 / feet return
2 — 手有温度 / hands warm
3 — 心跳像敲门，不是追兵 / heartbeat, not hoofbeats
4 — 房间还在 / the room is still here
5 — 我是活人，不是戏台 / I am alive, not a stage
6 — 罪可改，债可清，执可松
7 — 打开眼 / eyes flutter
8 — 肩松 / shoulders soft
9 — 深吸一口人间气 / one human breath
10 — 回来。Wide awake. 清醒。此地。此时。
八、Aftercare｜出来以后
别立刻刷手机。
Drink water. 喝水。
写三行：
- 谁追我？（现实里对应谁：前任 / 父母 / 自己 / 体制 / 钱）
- 我欠什么？（时间、道歉、边界、休息、离开）
- 今天还哪一笔？（只还一笔，别演大忏悔）
阴魂追债的真相往往是：
The debt is not afterlife.
债不在来世。
The debt is unlived life.
债，是“没活过的那部分自己”。
你越把人生活出来，
来讨债的影子就越像老邻居——
不亲，但能坐下来，把账算完。
九、Closing line｜收尾
Death is not the bill collector.
死亡不是讨债的。
Death is the quiet clerk who finally asks:
死亡只是那个安静的办事员，终于问——
“This life, did you feel it?”
“这一生，你，有没有真的感觉到？”
