稳才是赢，熬才是本事

在这个瞬息万变的时代，我们习惯了快节奏的反馈，迷恋爆发式的增长。无论是财富的积累，还是事业的攀登，人们似乎总是在寻找捷径，渴望一夜成名，期待一飞冲天。然而，当潮水退去，当泡沫散去，真正能够穿越周期、立于不败之地的，往往不是那些跑得最快的人，而是那些走得最稳、撑得最久的人。
In this ever-changing era, we have grown accustomed to rapid feedback and become enamored with explosive growth. Whether in wealth accumulation or career advancement, people seem always to be searching for shortcuts, craving overnight fame and expecting to soar sky-high in an instant. Yet, when the tide recedes and the bubbles burst, those who can truly weather the cycles and remain unbeaten are often not the ones who run the fastest, but those who walk the steadiest and endure the longest.
一、稳：是一种克制，更是一种远见

True "steadiness" is the art of knowing asset allocation.
